Catfish and the Bottlemen Announce Historic 2025 Stadium Shows
Catfish and the Bottlemen have solidified their status as one of the UK’s premier acts with the announcement of their biggest live shows to date.
Known for fan-favourite hits including Cocoon, 7, and most recently, Showtime, Catfish and The Bottlemen are back after a five-year-long hiatus from the spotlight.
As announced this morning across their social media channels, the band are set to take the stage at Cardiff’s Principality Stadium on 1 August 2025, followed by a landmark performance at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on 3 August.
The news follows a summer of triumphant performances so far, including a sold-out show at Liverpool’s 32,000-capacity Sefton Park, two nights at Cardiff Castle, and their second headline appearance at Reading and Leeds this weekend. The band has also completed an extensive tour across the US and Australia, continuing their meteoric rise on the global stage.
The band’s meteoric rise to fame has solidified their status as one of Britain’s most successful bands of the 21st century. After signing with Island Records in 2014 following years of relentless touring, Catfish and the Bottlemen’s debut album, The Balcony, quickly climbed into the UK Top 10, earning them the British Breakthrough Act award at the BRITs. Their follow-up album, The Ride, marked a significant milestone as it also topped the UK charts.
Since then, the band has amassed over one billion streams, two million album sales, and are approaching 10 million single sales to date.
A special fan presale for the hotly anticipated stadium shows will begin at 10am BST on Wednesday, 21 August. Fans eager to secure tickets can sign up for access at the band’s official website, catfishandthebottlemen.com. General ticket sales will open on Friday, 23 August at 10am BST.
