Fans on YouTube will now have an easier way to discover live music.

Bandsintown has announced that it has become the exclusive provider of concert listings across YouTube and YouTube Music, integrating tour information directly into artist videos, Shorts, and Official Artist Channels.

With YouTube’s global reach of billions of users, the partnership marks a major shift in how audiences discover live events. Fans will begin seeing concert listings while watching content on YouTube, with the feature expanding to the homepage later this year. A new push notification system will also alert users about upcoming shows near them.

Artists publishing tour dates through Bandsintown for Artists will automatically have their events displayed on YouTube, provided they have an Official Artist Channel. The integration aims to boost visibility, generate ticket sales, and create new opportunities for artists at all levels. Venues and festivals using Bandsintown Pro will also benefit from seamless distribution on YouTube.

“At a time when musicians continue to struggle to generate income, this exclusive integration with YouTube further demonstrates Bandsintown’s ethos to create value and equal opportunity for artists worldwide, of all sizes and genres, to get discovered on digital platforms and sell more tickets,” said Fabrice Sergent, Bandsintown co-founder and Managing Partner.

Bandsintown currently powers live music data for platforms including Google, Spotify, Apple, and Shazam.

With over 700,000 registered artists, 65,000 venues and promoters, and 2.3 million events published annually, it operates the world’s largest live music catalogue.

The partnership will expand later this year to YouTube Music, where live events will be featured on the platform’s home and artist pages. In addition, Bandsintown users will receive a two-month free trial of YouTube Premium, offering ad-free and offline access to music and video.
