In this exciting new role, you’ll be the go-to person for our contributor network – providing guidance, support and structure for everyone involved. We’re looking for someone who thrives on connecting people, sparking creativity, and making others feel seen and celebrated.
You’ll work closely with the editorial team to encourage great ideas and keep our writing community energised, productive, and proud of the work they’re doing.

- Keeping morale high – Celebrate all wins, big and small. Highlight standout articles, shout out new contributors, and regularly share positive feedback and engagement stats to show impact
- Knowledge sharing – The network is for helping writers at all stages of their careers continue to learn and grow. Sharing your knowledge will be key to this role!
- Managing deadlines – Part of this role will involve working closely with the wider editorial team to ensure that submission deadlines are met on time
- Feedback loop – Act as a bridge between writers and the editorial team—gathering insights, suggestions, and any community needs or concerns

- You’re highly organised and a self-starter
- You have a pulse on fandom culture and a genuine interest in music, pop culture, and the communities that form around them

- Be part of a passionate, supportive team making space for unheard voices in fandom
- Shape the heart of our writer community and help others thrive creatively
- Flexible, remote-first working that fits around your life and other commitments
- A chance to build experience in digital media, community leadership, and editorial development
