Warner Music Group (WMG) has launched a new app aimed at giving its artists and songwriters greater insight into their performance across streaming and social media platforms.

The app, titled WMG Pulse, is described by the company as a “powerful new platform that puts clear, meaningful insights into the hands of artists and songwriters.” It offers real-time data on streaming performance, audience engagement, and earnings – aggregating metrics across major digital service providers (DSPs), social platforms, and user-generated content.

According to WMG, the app consolidates information into a single dashboard, giving artists and their teams an up-to-date snapshot of royalties, physical sales, sync revenues, and more.

The app was developed in-house by WMG’s technology team, led by the company’s President of Technology, Ariel Bardin.

“With WMG Pulse, we’re providing greater transparency across the music ecosystem, including data from every major streaming and social media platform,” said Bardin. “It’s about empowering artists and songwriters with clarity, and helping them make smarter, data-driven decisions with their teams.”

He added that the interface was designed to be user-friendly, with plans for more sophisticated features—including forecasting, release planning, and collaboration tools—to be introduced in the coming months.

Currently in beta testing, WMG Pulse is being used by more than 100 artists and songwriters. A wider rollout is expected later this year.

Warner says it will continue to refine the platform based on user feedback as it moves toward full release.
